Hermes Email is a personal automation tool that sends emails on behalf of the user. It accesses the Gmail API solely to send emails when explicitly instructed by the user.

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are stored locally and used only for authenticating with Google's Gmail API. No email content, recipient data, or personal information is stored or logged on external servers.

Data Sharing

No user data is shared with third parties. The only data transmitted is the email content that the user explicitly instructs the tool to send.

Data Retention

OAuth refresh tokens are stored locally until revoked by the user. No email data is retained after sending.
